General Manager of AT&T’s Telecommunication Relay Services says that they have been committed to providing services to the Deaf community “Since the invention of the telephone” and are currently focused on services via the internet “video dimension”.
AT&T also provides TTY Relay, IP Relay and IM Relay services.
