PAH! VRS (Video Relay Service) Reviews
PAH Video Relay Service is the first VRS company (that we know of) to bring the idea of franchising to the video relay industry. Their interpreters are partners, not contractors or employees. Each partner/interpreter was required to pay to be a part of PAH VRS, so you know that they are dedicated to their consumers. After the the VRS scandal broke back in the fall of 2009, PAH seemed to have stood that test, however, suffered the loss of a call center/partner or two. PAH Video Relay Service partners/interpreters also continue to work in the community in addition to taking calls.
