A friend of mine used to work for Sorenson. He said that Sorenson has “color code” for tech support. The colors represent the number of minutes a customer has used SorensonVRS.
All tech support employees are told to take the higher minute color as their priority to help.

I have been threaten if not use their service in certain number of days, then they will take the VP device.
This company is so bad I have given up on them. Poor customer service, rude REP and dirty tactic business method.
Shame on them.
